This method is workable for who have another user account in the same computer. So, If you forgot or you need to change or modified another window 10 user account password, you can follow the following steps. 

Step1: Login to the user account which you have. 

Step2: Start - Type CMD - Right-click on it - Run as administrator

Step3: Type net user and press enter ( you will see the list of a user account)

Step4: Type this code: net user (User account name) *  and press enter

Step5: Press enter three times to remove password or If you want to add a password, type the password and press enter.
