How to reset Windows 10 password with ubuntu
This procedure involves several steps. Therefore, please follow the steps below.
1 Step
Insert the Ubuntu operating system into the DVD drive. Then turn it on, and it is mandatory to turn on the computer as in the video below.
2 Step
No login to your windows partition in the following video and change the sethc.exe file name in the system32 to sethc1.exe. Then take cmd.exe and change it to sethc.exe.
3 Step
Now reboot your computer with Windows 10 operating system as usual. Once you have entered the login screen, press the Shift key three times on the KeyBoard This will appear on the CMD in the display.
Final Step
Enter in cmd as follows
Line 1: net user (press Enter)
Line 2: net user (user account name) * (press enter)
Line3: press the Enter key multiple times.
Turn the computer back on again.
